ABOUT ME

I’m a trauma therapist who works with people navigating the layered, complex experiences of being human—especially when those experiences include co-occurring mental health challenges like anxiety, depression, PTSD, substance use, perfectionism, identity struggles, and more. My clients are often carrying a lot, and many of them have parts that feel overwhelmed, stuck, shut down, or constantly performing.

I work from an Internal Family Systems (IFS) lens, which means I believe that all of your parts—even the ones you’re not proud of—deserve to be seen, heard, and understood. You don’t need to be “fixed,” and you definitely don’t need to be perfect. I’m here to help you build a deeper, more compassionate relationship with yourself, at a pace that feels safe and sustainable.

Together we’ll gently explore your current relationship patterns, early attachments wounds and the past experiences that still echo today.
